IAT does not sell, rent, share, or otherwise disclose personally identifiable information from customers as set forth in this Privacy Policy. What Personal Information About Members Does IAT Gather?

The information we learn from Members helps us personalise and continually improve your Zabidoo Service experience. Here are the types of information we gather.

* Information You Give Us:
We receive and store any information you enter on our software and/or give us in any other way. An example of what we collect is User name. You can choose not to provide certain information, but then you might not be able to take advantage of many of our features. We use the information that you provide for such purposes as customising the service for you, improving the site, responding to your requests, and communicating with you.

* Automatic Information:
We receive and store certain types of information whenever you interact with us. For example, like many Web sites, we use cookies, and we obtain certain types of information when you use Zabidoo to browse the Web. If you would prefer not to have information about you recorded and/or used to personalise your experience then the Zabidoo Services are not for you.

* E-mail Communications:
To help us make e-mails more useful and interesting, we often receive a confirmation when you open e-mail from the Zabidoo Service if your computer supports such capabilities.

What About Cookies?

* Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that we transfer to your computer's hard drive through your Web browser to enable our systems to recognise your browser and to provide features, such as personalisation.

* The "help" function on most browsers will tell you how to prevent your browser from accepting new cookies, how to have the browser notify you when you receive a new cookie, or how to disable cookies altogether.

Does IAT Share the Information It Receives?
Information about our users is an important part of our business, and we are not in the business of selling it to others. We share customer information only as described below.

* Use of Third Party Service Providers:
We may, from time-to-time, employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include sending e-mail and analysing data. They have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes.

* Business Transfers:
As we continue to develop the Zabidoo Service, we might sell or buy subsidiaries, or business units. In such transactions, customer information generally is one of the transferred business assets but remains subject to the promises made in any pre-existing Privacy Policy (unless, of course, the Member consents otherwise). Also, in the unlikely event that IAT, or substantially all of its assets are acquired, customer information will of course be one of the transferred assets.

* Protection of Zabidoo and Others:
We release account and other personal information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law; enforce or apply our Conditions of Use and other agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of IAT, our Members, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organisations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction. Obviously, however, this does not include selling, renting, sharing, or otherwise disclosing personally identifiable information from customers for commercial purposes in violation of the commitments set forth in this Privacy Policy.

* With Your Consent:
Other than as set out above, you will receive notice when information about you might go to third parties, and you will have an opportunity to choose not to share the information.

What About Third-Party Advertisers?

Our software includes third-party URL's, and some of the websites involve third-party companies to serve their advertisements that appear on our site. Often, these third-party advertising companies, called "ad networks" or "network advertisers", employ cookie and other technologies to measure the effectiveness of their ads / links and to show you ads that are more relevant and interesting to you. We do not provide any Member information to them, and we do not have access to or control cookies that may be placed by the ad networks.

Conditions of Use, Notices, Policy and Revisions

Our business changes constantly, and our Privacy Policy and the Conditions of Use will change also. We may e-mail periodic reminders of our notices and conditions, unless you have instructed us not to, but you should check our Web site frequently to see recent changes. Unless stated otherwise, our current Privacy Policy applies to all information that we have about you and your account. We stand behind the promises we make, however, and will never materially change our policies and practices to make them less protective of customer information collected in the past without the consent of affected Members.

You provide information when you use Zabidoo to search or otherwise communicate with us. For example, you provide information when you enter URL's; select classifications; select categories; select live feeds; set bookmarks; download and use our toolbar; communicate with us by phone, e-mail, or otherwise; and employ our other services. As a result of those actions, you might supply us with personally identifiable information or information about things that interest you.
